These are the proposed plans. They are fairly complete and hopefully will not change too much. The yard plan is just a whim. We will be broke by the time the rest of the construction is finished, so I expect we will have a dirt bowl for a yard for a while. |

Second Floor - The office area will be in the lower left hand corner, with a large walk-in closet in the upper left corner. The window on the left faces the street and is above the garage door to the carport below. As you come up the stairs you will go left to the office/lounge area, or right to the bathroom and kitchen. Large windows on the front and back will afford views to the yard and to the Dallas sky. |

Side elevation - This is the street side. A fence will go along the line of the carport and follow down the property line. You can see the proposed roof line. Window on the right is in the office area. Blank space on the left is where the walk-in closet will be. |

Front Elevation - This is the view looking out from the back of the house. We will lose some depth in the back yard and gain some width due to the relocation of fencing along the property line on the street side. |

Yard Plan - One of the ideas of what to do with the yard when everything else is finished. The pecan tree is actually larger than shown so the yard will be shadier unless the tree is drastically trimmed back. The stairs in the lower middle of the image is currently only half that size, the left half. We would like to redo the back stairs, widening the stairs to the width of the laundry room, which sticks out as shown in the image. This would also make access easier from the back. |
