Presley B. Hatcher
Presley B. Hatcher is the chief of the Permits Section of the Regulatory Branch of the Fort Worth District of the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers. He has been in his current position for eight years after serving for three years as a biologist in the Regulatory Branch.
Mr. Hatcher is responsible for the District’s implementation of the Corps Regulatory Program under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act and Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899. Mr. Hatcher’s activities include conducting wetland delineations and jurisdictional determinations, evaluating permit applications, and conducting permit compliance reviews.
Mr. Hatcher is a member of the Society of Wetland Scientists (SWS) and has been granted the designation of Professional Wetland Scientist by the SWS. He is a member of the Executive Board of the South Central Chapter of the SWS.
