Maintenance, Repair and Support Plan for Services

Dott Professional and Technical Services is committed to quality and customer service.

Upon notification that the state needs new employees, Dott will:

• Interview the state supervisor to determine skills needed in a new employee.
• Provide qualified employees for the state’s approval within seven working days.

Upon notification of discipline problems, Dott will:

• Ask for a written account of discipline problems.
• Put employee on a probationary work status or terminate employee.
• Terminate employee if he or she violates the terms of probation.

Dott will handle all employee acquisitions, terminations and discipline problems.

To provide the state with satisfied, productive employees, Dott will periodically interview state supervisor and employees and find ways to improve skills and relations.

Dott agrees to comply with all state and federal employment practices.
