Court of Honor Ceremony

December 11, 2000

Troop 285's Fall Court of Honor was held on December 11, 2000, at Sombra Del Monte Christian Church. The Court of Honor was opened by Senior Patrol Leader Tim W.

Induction of several new scouts was the first order of business, with Brandon B., Jayson G., Andrew L., Caleb R., Andrew R., Daniel S. Taylor V., and JJ Z. being welcomed into Troop 285.

Several sets of merit badges, rank advancements and special awards were passed out (click on these links below for full lists).

The evening's highlight was the awarding of Eagle Scout rank to Ryan (Dutch) Berry and Jordan Stephens, Troop 285's one hundred fifty-eighth and one hundred fifty-ninth Eagles! Lt. Colonel Mike Sutton, an Eagle Scout himself, gave the Eagle recognition speech. Congratulations of the highest order to Dutch and Jordie!
