Fishin' Merit Badge Camp was held on August 18 and 19 at Heron Lake State Park. This was a weekend dedicated to helping 16 Scouts work toward the requirements on Fishing merit badge. Along those lines, we caught lots of kokanee salmon, and fished for rainbow trout and perch. Some of the success was directly due to the generous donation of a pontoon boat guided tour by Mr. Don Wolfley, who was able to devote Saturday morning to helping Scouts troll for salmon. Thanks also to Mr. Harbaugh for setting up and running the camp!
