| The weekend of September 13 and 14, there will be two campouts - for twelve older Scouts, a canoe trek on the San Juan river; for everybody else, a lake campout at an area lake. The Scout campmaster for the lake trip will be Stephen B. There is a preparation canoe outing on Sunday, 7:30AM from the Church. |

| Fly Fishing, Fishing, Cycling, Hiking, Emergency Preparedness, First Aid and Citizenship in the World merit badges were taught this week. Basic Skills Scouts worked on the Heimlich maneuver, Buddy System, and Safe Swim preparedness. |
