| New guidelines from the TLC meeting - a Scout will need 75% participation in activities to be eligible for advancement at Court of Honor. A Scout must help with loading and unloading of equiment for a campout, and attend the campout, to get credit for the camp. |
| Merit badges taught during the meeting: Personal Fitness, Camping, Hiking, Canoeing, Coin Collecting, Communication, and Archery. Basic skills worked on the fundamentals of using a backpacking stove. |
