| Packing equipment for Klondike is Thursday at 5:30 PM, and we depart for Mt Taylor at 7 AM Saturday. |
| Merit badges taught during the meeting: Snow Sports, Communication, Coin Collecting, Climbing, Wilderness Survival, Family Life, Emergency Preparedness, and Archery. Basic skills worked on the buddy system in Scouting. |
| The "Klondike" campout will be Jan 17 and 18th (note - we will leave early Saturday morning) on Mount Taylor. Keep asking for snow - but it looks very sparse now. Notes were sent home to collect signups and camp fees next Monday. Clint C. will be the Campmaster. |
| The Council Banquet is coming up on February 7th. Mr. Wayne Prentice will be receiving his Silver Beaver award, and all interested are encouraged to attend. |
