This 25 y/o male with testicular cancer treated with bleomycin was referred for chest CT due to an abnormal chest x-ray. Selected images from the chest CT are shown above. This chest CT led to a lung biopsy which demonstrated bronchiolitis obliterans organizing pneumonia (BOOP).
