This 74 y/o male with lymphoma and diabetes presented with fever and abdominal pain. His KUB shown above demonstrates gas in the wall of the urinary bladder consistent with emphysematous cystitis. Urinary cultures confirmed e. coli cystitis and the patient responded to appropriate antibiotic therapy.
