Introduction
=========
    Computer Talk Shop is a mailing list dedicated to computer related topics and a place to get your computer problems solved.

What is allowed
===========
    1.  Computer related posts. (must have at least have one small reference to computers).
    2.  Computer related jokes.
    3.  Year 2000 topics MUST have "[Y2K]" in the subject.

What is not allowed
==============
    1.  Anything that would offended ANYBODY.
    2.  Respect the users wishes in hardware/software choices. Do not harass them because their choices are different.
         Teasing is  ok, but not harassment.
    3.  Jokes MUST be clean. No Discrimination, including race, color, and gender.
    4.  Chain Letters.
    5.  SPAM. Will NOT be tolerated. First offense is removal from list.
    6.  Being rude.
    7.  Fake virus warnings.
    8.  Flaming The List Owner.
    9.  Excessive selling of items. Once in a while is OK.
    10 Selling topics MUST have "[For Sale]" in the subject.
    11 No Adult (XXX) links, or discussions. This site has a G rating with RASC.
    12 Postings on how to get around software registration for the sake of piracy.
    13 Illegal topics: How to pirate software, how to hack into a computer. This list MUST follow Texas (Texas is where
         Flash.Net is located and I believe their state laws follow too) AND Michigan laws.

    I, The list owner (Eric C. Vogel), would like this Mailing List to be a comfortable place where people can freely talk to people in a mature manor.

Legal Stuff
=======
    I, the list owner (Eric C. Vogel), have the right to block out anyone from the system for any reason. (No need to worry for people who follow common courtesy.)

    If you don't like something please e-mail me, and if you would like to have a discussion on any of the rules, please be my guest. Also if you would like to see a rule added, please voice your opinion on the list for everyone to vote.
