October Week One Summary:
    The Shopping Center sector prices ended the week with a 11.88% increase year-to-date [vs a 10.14% increase at the end of September]. The Mall sector ended with a year-to-date gain of 22.38% [vs a gain of 19.49% last month]. The Health sector finished the week with a 9.12% year to date gain [vs 7.83% last month] for the year.
    For the week, the 4.18% to 4.13% change in the ten year's yield represents a 5 basis points decrease. The Shopping Center sector now has an average yield of 5.10% [vs 5.18% at September's month end - down 8 basis points]. The Mall sector average yield is now 4.39% [vs 4.50% on 9-30 - down 11 basis points]. The Health Care sector average yield is now 6.35% [vs 6.43% on 9-30 - down 8 basis points].
    The Dow Jones industrial average ended the week down 1.35%. The S&P 500 index fell 0.83%. The Nasdaq lost 1.14%. The Russell 2000 index fell 1.6%.

October Week Two Summary:
    The Shopping Center sector prices ended the week with a 13.41% increase year-to-date [vs a 11.88% increase at the end of September]. The Mall sector ended with a year-to-date gain of 24.43% [vs a gain of 22.38% last month]. The Health sector finished the week with a 10.85% year to date gain [vs 9.12% last month] for the year.
    For the week, the 4.13% to 4.06% change in the ten year's yield represents a 7 basis points decrease. The Shopping Center sector now has an average yield of 5.13% [which is not comparable to last week's figure due to several dividend increases found when div's were updated on 10-15 - and this is true for the other two sectors]. The Mall sector average yield is now 4.26%. The Health Care sector average yield is now 6.35%. The Dow ended the week down 1.21%. The S&P 500 index fell 1.24%. The Nasdaq lost 0.44%. The Russell 2000 index fell 1.08%.

October Week Three Summary:
    The Shopping Center sector prices ended the week with a 13.27% increase year-to-date [vs a 14.31% increase last week]. The Mall sector ended with a year-to-date gain of 25.29% [vs a gain of 24.43% last week]. The Health sector finished the week with a 10.85% year to date gain [vs 10.85% last week] for the year.
    For the week, the 4.06% to 3.98% change in the ten year's yield represents a 8 basis points decrease. The Shopping Center sector now has an average yield of 5.19% [vs 5.13% last week]. The Mall sector average yield is now 4.23% [vs 4.26% last week]. The Health Care sector average yield is now 6.35% [vs 6.35% last week]. The Dow ended the week down 1.77%. The S&P 500 index fell 1.12%. The Nasdaq gained 0.19%. The Russell 2000 index dropped 0.29%.

October Week Four Summary:
    The Shopping Center sector prices ended the week with a 15.79% increase year-to-date [vs a 13.27% increase last week]. The Mall sector ended with a year-to-date gain of 27.41% [vs a gain of 25.29% last week]. The Health sector finished the week with a 12.34% year to date gain [vs 10.85% last week] for the year.
    For the week, the 4.03% to 4.06% change in the ten year's yield represents a 3 basis points decrease. The Shopping Center sector now has an average yield of 5.07% [vs 5.19% last week]. The Mall sector average yield is now 4.16% [vs 4.23% last week]. The Health Care sector average yield is now 6.27% [vs 6.35% last week].
