November Week One Summary: The Shopping Center sector prices ended the week with a 15.89% increase year-to-date [vs a 11.88% increase at the end of September]. The Mall sector ended with a year-to-date gain of 25.82% [vs a gain of 22.38% last month]. The Health sector finished the week with a 11.33% year to date gain [vs 9.12% last month] for the year. For the week, the 4.13% to 4.19% change in the ten year's yield represents a 6 basis points change. The Shopping Center sector now has an average yield of 5.06% [vs 5.10% at October's month end - down 4 basis points]. The Mall sector average yield is now 4.22% [vs 4.39% on 10-29 - down 17 basis points]. The Health Care sector average yield is now 6.34% [vs 6.35% on 10-29 - down 1 basis point]. November Week Two Summary: The Shopping Center sector prices ended the week with a 20.68% increase year-to-date [vs a 15.89% increase last week]. The Mall sector ended with a year-to-date gain of 31.67% [vs a gain of 25.82% last month]. The Mall sector's year-to-date gain after the deletion of CPG and RSE was 30.98%. The Health sector finished the week with a 15.46% year to date gain [vs 11.33% last month] for the year. For the week, the Dow gained 1.46%, the S&P 500 rose 1.54% and the Nasdaq climbed 2.28%. For the week, the 4.19% to 4.20% change in the ten year's yield represents a 1 basis point change. The Shopping Center sector now has an average yield of 4.85% [vs 5.06% last week - down 21 basis points]. The Mall sector average yield [before deletion of CPG and RSE] is now 4.02% [vs 4.22% on 11-05 - down 20 basis points]. After the deletion of CPG and RSE, the mall sector's average yeild was 4.61%.
