December Summary: The Shopping Center sector prices ended the month with a 26.75% increase year-to-date [vs a 22.37% increase in November]. The Mall sector ended with a year-to-date gain of 37.80% [vs a gain of 32.69% last month]. The Health sector finished the month with a 16.26% year to date gain [vs 15.25% last month]. The Shopping Center sector now has an average yield of 4.64% [vs 4.80% last month - down 16 basis points]. The Mall sector average yield is now 4.38% [vs 4.55% on 11-30 - down 17 basis points]. The Health Care sector average yield is now 6.06% [vs 6.11% on 11-30 - down 5 basis points].
