O Lifts 2006 FFO Expectations

Realty Income raised its 2006 and 2007 funds from operations forecasts, as well as the real estate investment trust's 2006 property acquisition estimate. The REIT expects 2006 FFO per share to now range from $1.70 to $1.72, lifting the lower end of its earlier forecast by a cent. The REIT also raised its 2007 FFO view to a range of $1.81 per share to $1.85, compared with $1.80 to $1.84 a share forecast earlier. Realty Income expects real estate portfolio acquisitions to exceed $600 million in 2006, compared with its earlier view of $575 million, its statement said.
