Model #104 (Washers)

This model is made of 5 pieces: three thick pieces, and 2 thin washers. Both of the inside and outside curvatures are unique and may be written as functions of x if the flat base of the model is held parallel to the y-axis. In the model shown below, the hardwood is ash, and the two washers are thin Finnish birch plywood. The wood used in delivered models will vary depending on availability of hardwoods.
