- 25% deposit payment to secure booking;

- balance payment (75%) latest 45 days prior departure date.

- Full payment refundable if tour cancelled by French Label Travels, Inc.

No date change permitted. Cancellation fees apply as follows :

- 50 % between 45 and 16 days before departure date;

- 100% within 15 days prior departure date of the tour and "no show".
