John brought to the agency hands-on engineering design experience as well as manufacturing experience in machining and foundry production.

Prior to joining the agency he spent eight years in nonferrous investment casting, moving from die and fixture design to estimating of job costs. Subsequently he acted as Manager of Inside Sales where he interfaced with customers on both technical and business matters as well as with the production and engineering staff and the field sales force.

His experience has educated him in the practicalities and costs of manufacturing custom parts. Able to sit down with engineers at the board, he talks their language.
