Patrick "Q." Fernie

    Little is known about Patrick outside of the FIB.  He sent his parents over to Singapore at a very young age in order for him to do his work in America without interruptions.  He is often seen the Car of Death at speeds well over three times the speed limit and screaming things at people who drive automatic vehicles. 

    Only two known pictures have been taken of Mr Fernie.  One being this one on the day his cat died.  (Very, very unfortunate.  We have recalled his other two search and destroy animals back from their mission in singapore.  We have also needed to reinstate the "Fernicus Compound" due to limitations in housing.)  The other picture is this one right before he pulled this girls hair (Look in the background).   He is a obviously a very tormented man but where would we all be without him?
