Mark Jenny has been doing great work with the ReRanch colors. (He reserves his HVLP gun for clear). Mark has started doing finishing and relic work for others and is increasingly hard to keep up with. I'll post some pics of his latest works and add to the page as he sends the pics over. Thanks for the support, Mark!. Now for the guitars. Many of Mark's work involve parts types of guitars but many are the real deal. The Sunburst on the left is a real mid '50s Strat he did with the Sunburst kit. I believe this was his first attempt at doing a burst and it was done with the aerosol system.
Here is a Daphny Blue Relic.
The green cast I believe comes from overspraying with Tinted Clear.
Notice the wear spots which show traces of the white primer.
Speaking
of Strats, how about an Olympic White Relic?
Mark likes Teles too....
Notice the nice wear marks on the front....
Now this is what a Relic 'P'
Bass should look like....
Another Tele...
An aged '66 Mustang in Daphne Blue....
And a '72 Tele in the same finish....
How about a Blonde '75 Strat with Mark's relicing?....
Thanks for sending the pics over and keep up the good work.
