Here are a pair of 1968 Les Pauls
from Rick Wilkins. Rick used the water based dyes to do the burst. He sprayed
the dye on with a Paasche' airbrush kit. Rick then clear coated with
the ReRanch tinted clear coat. After that he then hand rubbed the finishes
and added crazing/checking. Nickel parts were aged with hydrochloric acid.
