The Comfort Zone
A breakthrough in climate control technology for
Emergency Medical Vehicles.
The Comfort Zone is an
efficient, 115v/30 amp, mobile AC & Heating system designed &
manufactured exclusively for the EMS / Ambulance industry.
Modular by design, the main
components mount under the vehicle. The AC / Heating unit hides away somewhere
inside the patient area and is small enough to fit almost anywhere.
The Comfort Zone uses
"Ozone Safe" 134a refrigerant and produces up to 18,000 BTU of cool
with 350-400+/-cfm. For the winter months we've designed the system to include
a 1250 watt stainless steel heating element which prevents the patient
compartment from freezing.
Note!
To achieve maximum warming
capabilities in extreme, sub-freezing climates, the Comfort Zone may need
assistance from an additional source of heat .
The Comfort Zone offers

Providing a comfortable
environment for the patient as well as the medic on duty.
A digital thermostat is
used to create, maintain and regulate ambient temperatures with a wide range of
high and low settings. Remember...The Comfort Zone is designed to be used year
round.
Allowing the ambulance to
maintain a state of readiness in the summer or winter Between Emergency Runs.
With response times kept to
a minimum, the Comfort Zone does the same thing as the factory ac system, only With
the engine OFF!

lowering idle-time fuel consumption between runs.

heating system is dramatically less.
- Reducing the wear and tear on engine parts and
components due to excessive idling.

Everthing is controlled by
a state of the art digital thermostat and has high and low fan speeds for both
cooling and heating.
The Comfort Zone is
perfectly designed to be used as both a retrofit to an existing ambulance, or
it can be written into the specifications for the manufacturing of new

The Comfort Zone comes
complete and ready for installation. We've even included a heavy-duty shoreline
power cord. Simply plug the system into your in-house 115v/30 amp service, set
the thermostat to a desired temperature and RELAX. The Comfort Zone will go
to work and keep your ambulance ready at a moments notice for immediate action.
Overwhelming response has
made it necessary to schedule demonstration presentations at least three to
four weeks in advance.
The Comfort Zone comes
complete and ready for installation and includes a limited parts warranty from
the manufacturer.
You must call for O.E.M.
pricing on new vehicle manufacturing. Delivery is scheduled in the order in which the purchase was
made. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
