            BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, on this day personally appeared David Griesheimer, known to be the person whose name is subscribed below, who after being duly sworn upon oath by me, did depose and state as follows:

            My name is David Griesheimer.  My address is 10538 Huntington View,  Houston, Harris County Texas 77099.  I am over twenty-one (21) years of age, of sound mind, and have personal knowledge of every statement herein made as to its contents being true and correct.

I am homeowner in Huntington Village.   I have first-hand knowledge in witnessing the  following at an HVCA meeting held at 9511 Cook Road on January 20, 2000.  Ann Fergeson, a HVCA director, got into a fit and called her Constables to the meeting hall. It seemed Ms. Ferguson did not like the many HV members showing up at the meeting, and asking questions about the board’s ugly attitude when confronted about their crimes.  Johnny Johnson took pictures of this and Ferguson and Charles Norvell didn’t like that. 

In every instance, the directors do not and will not listen to members mentioning the directors’ violations and unwarranted abuses.  The directors are a tyrannical bunch that have been out of control for a long time persecuting members in every fashion possible.  Whenever the occasion arises, I have seen them before order the Constable to do what ever a director or directors say.  The Constables always wrongfully comply with the director’s order.  They are the board’s personal Gestapo.  The board does not like or want any members at the meetings telling the directors of their violations. The directors in the past, either  individually or as a whole group, have ordered the Constables unjustifiably to harass and threaten with arrest any member who is not a part of the directors’ conspiracy.

At a monthly meeting in 1999, I cannot remember which month, I personally had Ann Ferguson call the Constable on me and violate my civil rights and my right to visit the common meeting hall.  She is a horrible wicked person like Sarah Winkler, and what she is doing is not legal or justified.  Ferguson is a super liability to the association, and should be thrown in jail instead by the Houston Police when she attempts to carry out these threats to any member.
