Steve Solcich Speaks Out
To me, the HV Directors DID NOT WIN that '99 election (also mentioned at a meeting with Senator Jon Lindsay). The ballots were kept by them for a long, long time, and were considered ‘tainted’ in my lawsuit. Among other by-law violations, they violated the custom in the by-laws for counting the ballots at the end of the day. Their payoff to me confirmed to all the ‘hidden’ aspects which I know undoubtedly would have produced different and more favorable results other than the count given to Attorneys Thomas/Martini.

Click HereAdditionally, then Board President Charles Norvell admitted disqualifying many of my proxy votes mailed in (using my own postage at the request of those voters). He further stated this in a post-election newsletter to justify his need for a second election. Fact is the Board's appropriation for a second 1998 election was a misappropriation of association's funds.
HV's directors did not have nominating or proper election monitoring committees for years due to the lack of participation in the Infliction. These days, it seems HV's directors just deem board appointments to serve to offset the unwanted chore. They do scrutinize these candidate appointees making sure they possess the correct violating mindset necessary to be a HV director.
Chubb paid out tens and tens of thousands of defense attorneys’ fees on behalf of myself and Stuchbery since 1998. Even Gordon had the $4,400 eaten by someone concerning his lawsuit in July of 96 which ticked-off Norvell. For the record, it was agreed to give my wife Linda and myself our 13 years of overcharges owed to us as since 1984. It was further agreed to that we write them a check for $144 for 1997, as consent for them needing the money to pay in keeping some of their precious Constable Gestapo. Some members even sent contributions voluntarily to support these BOD’s pigs. That’s what is was all about back then.
HV’s survival now rests on member payments that may or may not pay for that idiot concept/infliction functioning with its high-dollar swimming pool costs. I believe now as I knew as fact then--less than a quarter of 1621 use the pools. Twinke Twat even addressed it in an 98 election newsletter--whether to fill the pool in with dirt(?)--because $96 annually wasn’t enough money. Reality is that 400 families should go off, and have their own bullshit association with pools (a.k.a., shared concept amenity).
