            BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, on this day personally appeared Tommy Hawkins, known to be the person whose name is subscribed below, who after being duly sworn upon oath by me, did depose and state as follows:

            My name is Tommy Hawkins.  My address is 12322 Longbrook,  Houston, Harris County Texas 77099.  I am over twenty-one (21) years of age, of sound mind, and have personal knowledge of every statement herein made as to its contents being true and correct.

I am homeowner in Huntington Village.   I attended in person and witnessed the following at the  HVCA meeting held at 9511 Cook Road on January 20, 2000.

Ann Ferguson, a HVCA director, went crazy and called her Constables to the meeting hall. Ann Ferguson did not like HV members attending the meeting and taking a picture of Charles Norvell.  When the Constables arrived Ms Ferguson’s picture was also taken speaking with them.  I heard her order the Constables to clear the meeting hall immediately to the shock of those members attending.  The Constables complied with her wishes and said everyone must leave the building.  Of course the directors or their attorney didn’t have to go.  At other meetings, the directors as a group allowed Ms. Ferguson to call the Constables just because a member said something about a director breaking the rules, which seems to be quite often.  The ordered Constables unjustifiably harass and threaten with arrest any member who is not a part of the directors’ criminal mentality.  They seem to comply with whatever the board tells them to do.  This is illegal.  Every time this happens it’s because the board will not listen to members mentioning the directors’ violations or even questioning their actions like Palma Sales does each time.  No members at any time are causing any problems or threats, just demanding their rights in a civil manner as to why they are always screwed by a violating board.
