Resident response is higher than expected...
When we opened this website site, we anticipated that in a neighborhood of 1621 homes, we might get 50 to 100 hits total from interested neighbors. We were told that our community has very few residents with computers on the internet and would not be interested anyway. We got that many hits in one day, and after just two months we are already well over two thousand hits and climbing! The best result is that the our neighbors are beginning to wake up to a set of issues that have been well hidden little secrets. Maybe more good things will happen as we add to this site..
.Here are the pages that have been visited most frequently :
- The Lawsuits Against Those Who Challenge this Board.
The "Board" and their "Lawyer" in action- The lawyer page
THERE ARE MANY CHANGES AND UPDATES COMING TO OUR SITE!
We are gathering the input together and plan to post resident comments. There have been many interesting comments.
We would like to get input from 100% of our community. Please Post Your Comments By Clicking on The Message Board Below!
Here's only a sampling of what we have received :
- Why didn't the Board put the documents on-line long ago?
- Why are we paying 50% more in assessments than allowed by our Deed Restrictions?
- Most people were not aware of the court cases
- The information on the website is disturbing
- There have been too many negative issues over the years
- Everyone is not happy with a Board that is run by an expensive lawyer
- Homeowner Association meetings are not a place for productive discussion
- Things need to change
