Disbursement Committee

The Disbursement Committee has met several times this spring and reviewed requests from faculty and staff for PTA funded projects for the 1999-2000 school year. Thanks go to the committee members who included: Julia J., Marion H., Letty B., Sherrill S., Vicki B., Cheryl J., Jana K., Cheryl L., Lisa M., Kim W. and Ann Y.

Requests were categorized and identified by grade level and area of the school with an approximate cost determined for each item. The hard work started with prioritizing all items after each was clearly represented for consideration. Depending on the final financial results for the PTA 1998-1999 year, the prioritized list is as follows. This list will be presented for discussion and vote at the May General PTA Meeting on May 13th.
