My name is Tyra and I'm here
to let you in on my wonderful invention, The Kitty Blankie!! As far as
the Kitties are concerned, it's the very best thing to ever come into their
lives! The Blankies are something your purries will fall in love
with immediately. How would your kitties feel if they were to be
able to wallow freely in 7 different blends of catnip? Your Purr
Babies couldn't be happier if their fur was made from my catnip! I have
kitties who only thought they didn't like catnip; yet they always fall
in love with my blankies!!

The Kitty Blankies is one of
the most simple and inexpensive ways to show all of your Kitties a Cat
Nippin Good Time!! These Blankies are made for your Purr Babies at wholesale
so that everyone can afford to get a new present for each and every kitty
they know--without going broke! They aren't catnip mats, they are a simple,
special design and size all their own. They are made from wonderful
quality fabric and are quadruple stitched in the corners because your kitty
will chew on the material to try getting at the unique blend of catnip
inside! The great thing is when your kitties chew on their blankie, it
helps to keep their teeth clean! It's almost like taking a cloth and scrubbing
their teeth; the difference is with them chewing on the fabric, the kitties
can clean their own teeth!
Blankies are made from all different
styles of material, which include Snuggle Flannel, Wonderflan, Brushed
Flannel and some poly/cotton that's durable. The fabrics I use have
to be strong enough for a long chewing spree and must be able to survive
"rabbit kicking", which is very common with kitties and blankies.
Relentless digging and wallowing included! Attacking and Loving beyond
our comprehension! There are so many different ways your kitties
will love and abuse their blankies!
The Blankies are strong large
enough for our Bigger purries, yet they are lightweight enough for our
smaller purries to carry around! Don't be surprised when you see your kitties
make their blankies all bunched up to use as a pillow. This happens
quite often! Your going to be absolutely astounded once your see
all the cute and funny things your kitties will do once they get a hold
of a Kitty Blankie!

Each Blankie contains a Full Cup
of Seven Blends of High quality Catnip. That is a LOT of Catnip is
is practically the entire cost of the Blankie! Just think about all
of those little catnip toys, they contain maybe a teaspoon of catnip and
you don't know how long it's been on the shelf! My blankies are made fresh
to order! The reason i use so many different blends of catnip is because
some kitties like only one brand or kind and not the other...so it does
help to ensure your kitties will love their blankies!
Watching how your kitty will
react with a blankie is one of the most unique experiences you can share
with your purr babies. The stories and feedback I'm constantly getting
is absolutely incredible and hilarious! I get so tickled when I hear how
kitty ran away with it's blankie so none of it's furry friends could play
with it :) With the opinion of over 3,000 kitties to date, you just
can't go wrong!

This
is Miss Beep, the newest addition to our Pride of Felines!
Are you wondering how your little curtain climbers will react to their Blankies?! It's always different, depending on the kitty! Here are a few things I've experienced and have been told about. Some kitties wallow on them, some chew on them, some get very cute and even more lovable and adorable with their "Cat-Attitudes," some get feisty and playful, which is Great for our Plump Felines who need to work off a little bit of that pounce! Some kitties get silly, some kitties bathe themselves along with the blankie, and some kitties insist upon a catnap, some kitties get extremely playful and mischievous. So far, I've had no reports of violent reactions!
Some kitties
try hiding underneath the blankie, some hide it for later destruction,
some will dig relentlessly at their blankie because they know the CatNip
is inside! Some kitties want to be affectionate; which is great for our
unsocial kitties. Some nervous kitties do a lot of calming down so
blankies are excellent for Vet stays, although you must dispose of any
blankie that goes to the vet--yet another reason they are inexpensive!
Blankies
have several uses besides bring joy to your kitties! When your kitty
has to go to the vet, take a Blankie with you! You must dispose of
it so you don't bring the scent of the Vet home. You can easily order
another blankie because they are affordable! You can use a blankie when
you introduce a new kitty to your home, when kitty has to go on a
trip, or when kitty has to be left alone because Meowmy and Daddy have
to go on a trip. Blankies are good at helping kitties adjust to their new
homes too. The nice thing about Blankies is how they can really help
our sickly little purries feel better and catnip really does make sick
kitties feel better. Blankies can help your kitties recovery much
more pleasant when they have to have some sort of surgery. Blankies
can even be used to distract your kitties when your trying to type! hehee
For the price, you just can't beat them and a Blankie isn't just some toy!
if your trying to win a cat lover over, trust me when I say, "Buy something
for his or her cat!"
Your kitties
will also open their own present! I ship them in a plastic bag for freshness,
but they can still smell it! I've had kitties who open their own
mail and a lot of sneaky kitties who opened their own Christmas gift before
it was time so whatever you do, don't put blankies under the Christmas
tree, Buy a Stocking instead!!
Please know
I am Not in this for lots of money. The reason I started doing this
was for my love of cats and my love to give them nice things they enjoy.
When I walked through store after store, seeing similar things that could
be sitting on the shelves for years priced at 14 to 24 bucks a piece; I
was appalled!
How are
we the kitty slaves supposed to afford a toy for each kitty at those prices?
The must be either greedy or crazy! It could also be that they must know
how much we love our kitties and are out to take advantage of that! Honestly
I don't know how they can live with their conscious, if they have one!
My kitty
blankies are only 5.00 per blankie! I make each and every one of
them fresh to order, stuffing and mailing them in the same day. I
try not to mail them on Friday's so they aren't just sitting in the post
office somewhere. I'm just a fellow kitty lover like you. I'm
not a business and I'm not out for a huge profit either. Why ask
for that kind of money from you when I would much rather you donate it
to a No Kill Cat Shelter for our homeless kitties to help give them vet
care, food and you can even buy extra blankies for me to send to a shelter,
or buy extras for you to take yourself to your favorite shelter so they
can have some fun too!! I do this to keep busy and it makes me happy knowing
i've improved lots of kitty lives all around the world. It makes
me feel great about myself and I meets lots of kitty people too!
Contrary
to popular belief, Catnip isn't a drug! I've done plenty of research and
reading to make sure I couldn't turn my purries into some freaked out felines!
Think of catnip like this: Take the best day you've ever had, the best
time you've ever had, the healthiest you've ever been, the best time you've
ever had, the best sleep you've ever had, the best of moods you've ever
been in, the greatest moment in your life and the best way you've ever
felt.....now multiply it by 1000! I can only wish the smell of catnip did
that to me!
IMPORTANT
NOTICES:::::::
Kittens
less than 9-10 months old should NOT have a kitty blankie yet! Please bookmark
me and surprise your baby kitten on it's birthday or a special day! Kittens
who are too young for catnip will not respond to catnip and it's effect
because they are just babies and don't understand the feelings that catnip
gives to them. It's very likely that catnip will repel a small kitten
to young for catnip and they will avoid it all together.
Most cats
are extremely possessive, stingy and downright greedy with their blankie
and will most likely not share it! They will even take measures to protect
it. Even if your pride of kitties gets along and loves one another
dearly, they will literally play "tug Of war" with the blankie!
In order
to keep this from happening and having to pay more postal fees, it is best
to order either a blankie per kitty or at least more than one blankie so
it doesn't cause a wrestling match!
When you
order blankies, I do my very best to make them all different patterns for
you. I can never promise or assure which fabric you will get because
some of them get discontinued, some stay out of stock and I have trouble
getting it. I do buy fabric by the bolts when I find some that is
worthy of our kitties. At time I can find fabric easily, other times
it's the most difficult part of kitty blankies. Do try to place your
Christmas orders NOW so that I may have a good idea of the goal I'll need
to reach this year.
There are
usually lots of cute holiday prints that come in stock. Below there
are some samples of the fabrics I use. Do know they are only a Small
part of what I have in stock, but you need to get an idea of the juvenile
prints I use. I have many many more prints that are shown in the links
and do remember, these can't really be chosen by print, but it makes it
a lot easier for you to tell me how many boy or girl kitties you have so
I can choose the fabric for you better! Also do know that I send out my
most popular fabrics first always! Not all fabrics have to have kitties
on them to be cute. They can have ladybugs, lizards, paw prints,
aliens...(for our kitties from outer space) hehe There are so many
styles! The background to this page, the paw prints, was made from a kitty
pattern!
The bright
blankie with Nonose is also a kitty pattern!

which measure about
1 foot
by 2 feet, according to the width of the fabric.
