Tuning Notes:
1. Modified timing achieved by deactivating Baseline and MBT timing tables by setting them to 42 and using the Bdln timing table only to tune timing.

2. Modified fueling achieved via Fuel_Stabilized_OL table (primarily) and WOT Fuel Multiplier table (fine tuning).

3. Global timing adder (0.5 degrees more advance) was used to achieve the best 'overall' power curve with the stock timing tables.

4. Stock fuel parameters were used.

5. This evaluation was run with a reduced volume plenum cover (See Link for more info on this reduced volume plenum cover)
