International Students



FCA is authorized under federal law to enroll non-immigrant students.

I-20 Forms and M-1 Student Visas

International Students who are planning to come to the U.S. to attend the Academy must enter on a M-1 student visa.

We recommend that you allow 60-90 days for Visa processing.

You must be 23 years of age or older to take this course.


Flight Control Academy will complete a U.S. Immigration form I-20, then mail it to the student. You will need to complete our Foreign Student Form with the appropriate information. So that we can complete the I-20 form, we must know certain specific information about the student. Do not leave any of the information blocks blank.

International students MUST complete the electronic form. Once we receive the information and your non-refundable deposit for $100.00 U.S. dollars, we will immediately send you the completed I-20 immigration form. Forms will be sent via DHL, FEDEX, UPS, U.S. Mail, therefore, we need a physical mailing address if we are using one of the U.S. air carriers for delivery. They will not accept a P.O. Box address. No action will be taken for mailing the form until the deposit is received. We will only accept an international money order or bank cashier's check.

The tuition balance will be payable on the first day of the class. We accept Visa, Master Card, Diner's Club, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We will also accept an international money order or cashier's check for the tuition balance in U.S. dollars only. A $100.00 U.S. dollar surcharge is added for using credit cards.

If you do not want to complete the "On-line International Student I-20 Information Form", You can print a copy of the form from our web site, then mail or fax it to Flight Control Academy. Our fax number is 1 (520) 670-9588.

When you receive the completed I-20 form, you must take it to the American Embassy for M-1 Student Visa approval.

Please note: When you arrive in the U.S. you must show proof that you have currency with you to pay for all of your expenses.

REFUND POLICY: If the student is unable to attend the course, the deposit will be refunded less $100.00 U.S. dollars to cover the cost of the manuals, shipping cost, and administrative fees to complete the INS Form I-20.
