 The Meadowlands is our first Manufactured Home Neighborhood. We selected this 73 acre tract of land to be our first Manufactured Home Neighborhood because there are very few home sites available to manufactured home customers that have rolling hills and trees and are as beautiful as this property.
The Meadowlands consists of 58 wooded and non-wooded lots. Sizes of the home sites are one to one and a half acres. This property is located only one mile from downtown Joshua and two miles from all Joshua schools. This neighborhood has the feel of a rural address while the convenience of a city neighborhood! |
