The Sandoval County Probate Court serves the public in exercising jurisdiction over cases of informal probate necessary to the proper settlement of estates of deceased persons, as well as Conducting Marriage Ceremonies. The Probate Judge is available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Fridays, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm or by appointment during normal county business hours.

The office is currently located in the Sandoval County Courthouse, 711 Camino del Pueblo, Bernalillo, New Mexico

The office is open to the public during the following business hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. 

Closed for business on Saturdays, Sundays and County Holidays.
