They can be grouped together so that one person can administer all the boxes for their organization - to check messages in subordinate boxes, broadcast messages to all employees or members, change passwords and even add or delete boxes as needed.
No setup fees are charged, and boxes can be set up the same day they are ordered.
You can update your custom greeting yourself as often as needed from any touch tone phone. We can also record it for you at no charge (charges may apply if changed more than once a month)
Free Message Notification to local numbers - beeper or phone - when notifying to a phone number, the system actually forwards the message. You simply key in your password, and you are in the system - no need to call back!
Messages can be copied to another box - handy if an organization has more than one box.

Electronic SurveysCollect data about your clients, or any population that can be reached by phone. This can be either an outbound calling service, or added to our other automated services such as the Hotlines, Answering Service and Automated Receptionist. We can use lists of phone numbers you provide or have the system generate the numbers. Any number of survey questions can be asked. A report of the responses will be generated or you may receive the actual responses in a .WAV file. Pricing is based on number of calls and scope of survey.
Lead GenerationThis can be set up in various ways. Use our voice mail boxes with individual phone number to get name and numbers for leads from print advertising, or use our multiple question boxes to be sure to get specific lead qualification information rather than just name and number. Or the system can call either a list of phone numbers you provide or a list it can generate automatically to cold call prospects and find leads for your business.

Home MonitoringThis service is designed for seniors, latchkey kids or anyone who is homebound and alone for long parts of the day. Our system calls the home up to 6 times a day at any time desired to be sure everything is OK. If there is no answer or help is requested, the system initates a series of calls to find someone to check on the home - a family member, neighbor or firiend.
We also offer Help Alert units - medallions worn as a necklace or hooked to a belt loop that have a button to be pressed in the case of a medical emergency. This notifies AMCEST's Emergency Response Center Computer Network who will check the patients' medical records and send the appropriate response agency.
