Regarding recent rumors that the Pacific Northwest multimedia conglomerate Access One Network Northwest, doing business as "AONN Records" is in some way involved with and connected to the Central Intelligence Agency and U.S. Department of Defense, findings have been inconclusive. Minimal data are available due to the fact that the firm has intentionally refrained from registering a tradename related internet domain. Instead, the audio engineering division for the company has published a predominantly urban and r&b oriented mp3.com page. It has also become apparent that any attempt to obtain pertinent information through the Freedom of Information Act concerning the AONN organization will yield zero results.

Reportedly, the company had been engaged in the international distribution of a music CD, which was referred to as "AONN Records Presents: The November 12 Projekt" or simply "The November 12 Projekt." Sources indicate that revenues from Project N12 have been funneled into black operations accounts, which are being used to finance counter-terrorism, weapons non-proliferation, as well as other highly classified and covert operations programs. Similar sources speculate that it was the November 17 Group and increased assassinations of Americans overseas that prompted AONN to take action. Projekt N12 is believed to be the counter-campaign and counter-strike to the November 17 Plot and part of a much larger counter-intelligence campaign aimed at political corruption around the world and what is considered to be a global enemy threat.

When I have tried to call either of the two telephone numbers I was able to find at mp3.com www.mp3.com/November12 for this clandestine and black world network, AONN Records representatives have never been available for comment. Insidiously, and unbelievably, the webpage author(s) have titled some of the track listings as "Covert Operations Seattle Washington," blitzkrieg-type missions and such, for example. Then, there are blatant references to highly trained operatives and their calculated theft of weapons and information from certain named and unnamed military installations, departments, agencies, and bases, apparently to be used by one particular multi-agency against others. It is also mentioned that certain shadow governments or factions, if you will, exist within our government, that these "destroyers of the People" have for "too long" maintained abuses, and that as a result, the internal conflit, treachery, tyranny, and war crimes of so-called leaders, needed to be "challenged to the death." It's said that there became a need to recruit "independents," in other words, those outside the intelligence community who had not been completely brainwashed by Echelon and that could be trained to fight an automated and artificial intelligence controlled system and its proponents gone awry. Senior, mid-level, and entry-level government personnel at odds with right-wing, imperialistic forces, have broken away from the whole, at least to some extent, and have secretly worked to fund an underground rebel alliance supposedly called "Black Seal." Urban soldiers and "non-traditionals" have been secretly indoctrinated through full-phase recruitment, thus having been allowed to slip through the cracks, so to speak. And there has also been a rumor that a certain unnamed public official at a high profile, presidential campaign, pre-election party, in D.C., had been seen drinking cocktails with a man who was described by guests as an illustrious record company representative. A woman who will remain anonymous, claims she had sat near the two men and overheard vaguely audible bits and pieces of what appeared to be an electrifying conversation, which consisted of topics ranging from spies at universities and community colleges, narcotics and machine guns, to names of certain world leaders, government officials and what sounded like super sophisticated warfighting technologies. She also claimed that when the two party-goers were later met be an equally illustrious entourage of obvious acquaintances and people known by both men, yet unknown to her and some of the other guests, she approached the section in which their crowd had occupied and asked if she could join in with them for a round of drinks. Being a federal employee, she introduced herself as personnel of her respective government department, only after some of the entourage had inquired as to who she was and kindly requested information related to her employment. After she replied, identified herself, and continued her response with a question composite to the one she had been asked, no one in the group admitted to having any ties to government, nor was any information remotely relative to such, mentioned or volunteered. The central figure who had originally been the individual allegedly discussing security, defense, intelligence, espionage, and things of that nature, with the public official, before being met by the larger group, said his name was William Paterson and that he was one of many account managers for a record label in Washington state. He said that his company had made considerable contributions to the presidential campaign and because of that, he had been selected to attend that night's gala as well before and after events.

I mailed an inquiry regarding this matter to a lady friend of mine, who also happens to work in government. For obvious reasons, her name will not be revealed. Nevertheless, she works (or worked) at the Department of State. Sadly, I may have caused her great harm as I will explain:

At first, she had found nothing-then something; something that she said startled even herself. She immediately told me that we could not talk about the subject and that she had to let me go. Often, someone like myself will have a friend in government who can access certain low-level information such as the name, address, and telephone number of the owner of a vehicle to match a license plate in question, or perhaps, perform a search to determine whether someone has a criminal warrant and/or is on a watchlist of some kind. Ordinarily, even over a relatively secure channel, if lucky to have such a friend, one can receive this type of information. This had also been construed as a risky but relatively harmless game-until recently-at least in my case, and I'm certain in cases of others, who thought it a rush, the game of cat and mouse. Woe unto the naive and myself first. Both my lady friend and I were aware of the fateful consequences should either of us be caught in the act or after the act for that matter. My tears pour out as my impulsiveness has caused my friend to be taken away, to where I know not. I pray that she lives. In this case, my lady friend and I met at one of our nondescript restaurant locales where she explained that any requests for information regarding AONN turns up a flag with a security rating beyond NSA and the ultra-secret NRO. How was that possible? "What is the nature of such an agency?" I asked.

All she could say was that she had conferred with a confidant within her department and was told that she should not refer to such a program, project, or agency, in any conversation; that she should never do such. So, at the behest of her inside source, she left things as they were-but not without a fight. Because of my incessant inquisitiveness, she then conducted some extremely dangerous detective work over the DOS intranet. And as was the case previously, at first there was nothing... and then something. Just as she was to give up, an alarm went off. Searching through a still active administrative account that she had come across not long ago and had told herself she would lose the passcode to, she discovered junk email that was to be deleted in a few minutes. She had lucked out! Or, had she? An administrator she had gotten to be close to, transferred to another floor in a completely different building and section, not more than two weeks after she had been walking by his office window on her way to lunch when she happened to observe him input his password. She had been afraid that a surveillance team picked up her stare, yet she couldn't help herself, so encrypted the code and hid the file. She told herself that she would never forge the pass unless-unless-it was no use-she could never come up with a rational excuse to possess the information she had "inadvertently" acquired. She had struggled with this dilemma in and out of sleep for months, but never brought herself to dispose of the key. She obviously should have, but never did; lucky she could even find it again in her massively elaborate email archives, and that was in one of her 10 phony accounts.

Transcription: Apparently, at the top-level it had surfaced that there had been reports of a new government intelligence multi-agency being established. There was indication in respect to compounded topics related to international security threats, a media front including on the back end, military scientists, active enlisted, ex-military reactivated, Justice Department liaison, closed-door congressional and senate intelligence questionnaires, top lawyers, legal analysts, mathematicians, logicians, actuarial scientists, near prodigies, prodigies, computer experts, weapons specialists, urban soldiers (commonly referred to as "gangsters"), and others, being recruited to train and work as counter-terrorist operatives. Suggested, is that all top-level managers disregard any information exposure pertinent to the privileged brief thereof.

The day following the last rendezvous with my lady friend, I checked my voicemail in the early afternoon to find that she had called, left a message stating that she was being re-assigned to an office somewhere in Europe, couldn't say much over the phone, would call as soon as it was safe, was deeply sad, concerned that she wasn't being told the whole truth about her transfer, that something seemed deadly wrong with the information she had been provided by her supervisors, and I have not heard from her since.

I loved her as a true friend with all my heart and soul. I pray to God that she is still alive. My tears pour for I do not know what has happened to her. I pray for justice and answers.
