Because all the output from the request for the browse will look the same we will only display a single one for this demonstration. You will note that the header shows what order you requested this information, 'Student Information in Personal Identification Number Order'. If it is necessary the different columns can by adjusted by you to see the total information in that column. The different arrows on the right side and the bottom are designed to scroll up and down and right to left.
Remember, that this information is only as good as what
you put in the system.
When you are done all that is necessary is to depress the EXIT to return to the main screen. You will note that the first record on the screen is highlighted, the upper left hand corner. If you would depress Edit Record I will place that record (student) on the edit screen.
This is the information that is currently in the system on this single past student whom you requested. Every thing on this screen can be updated if you want to. If you just want to return to the main screen all that is necessary is to depress EXIT. If you have altered something and want to save those changes all that is necessary is to depress Update the Info. The following screen will appear.

This is the initial screen you will receive when you want to
browse the information accumulated about past students of
the system. You will notice that there is a limited
number of ways you can browse the information. An
excellent reason for using this limited way is you can go
directly to the editing of a single record (student) very
easily. That is not to say that this is the only way
you can get to edit a single record (student). You
could use the 'EDIT' option to work with a single
student. This will display all the students and
you pick out the one you want to edit. Your
