Edit Section
This is the initial screen you will receive when you want to edit the information accumulated about past students of the system.  What it is asking for this the internal Personal Identification Number (PIN).  That is the number that the system will generate for each new person in the system.  The PIN for a student can be found many different ways.  By using the last name you could use the 'QUERY' section or 'BROWSE' section to find the PIN for that student.  If you change your mind or are missing the PIN all that is necessary is to depress the EXIT button to return to the main screen.

If you place in a valid PIN number and depress the Do It you will have that student's information displayed.

Edit Screen for Single Student

This is the information that is currently in the system on this PIN number that you requested.

When you are done looking all that is necessary is to depress the EXIT to return to the main screen.

When you are all done updating the information on this single record all that is necessary is to depress Update the Info button.  The next screen will follow.

This is to notify you that student update/s were added to the system.  When you depress OK you will return to the main screen.
