All the information that is requested is very standard and has a proven track record in the every day operations of Motorcycle Education of Oklahoma (MEO).  I have used MEO to do all my development and testing of the necessary information for these two programs: Past Student Information System and Phone Contact Information System.  Being a Motorcycle Safety Foundation certified instructor and a many year database programmer with the addition of being the pop of a Mom and Pop operation I believe this answers all the possible questions of management.  That is not to say that this program is perfect just that it will satisfy most of the questions that you will want to know about your past students.

Sometimes the best way to determine if a program is excellent for you is to start with the output.  The output section in this case is title Reports (P or S) this is where I answer most of the questions asked.  That is some if not all the questions asked by management and by Motorcycle Safety Foundation.  A question such as 'How many students were taught during the last quarter?' is asked by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation at the end of each quarter.  Your local or State government could ask a like question.  Or the favor one from the instructor, 'Its time for my re-certification.  How many classes did I teach during the past three years?' he/she needs that information now not later.  The answer to these and many other ones are only a few key stokes away.  Why not check out the output section titled Reports (P or S) first to see what reports this system can generate for you.  This will help in understanding why the different information is asked for and why it is important.
