You will note that header shows the instructor number that you requested the information. If it is necessary the different columns can by adjusted by you to see the total information in that column. The different arrows on the right side and the bottom are designed to scroll up and down and right to left. Remember that single instructor could have worked as lead or the assistant instructor. If you used the second position in the initial input screen as the assistant position it will show up that way now. In the example above you will see that Instructor #26517 on the class date of 07/13/1996 is in the second position. Based on the way that the original information was put in that would indicate on that date Instructor #26517 was the assistant instructor. All this information is based on the date the course started.

This is the initial screen you will receive when you want
to make reports from the information accumulated about
past students of the system. You will note that
on the initial screen it had (P or S) along side of
reports. What that is talking about is do you
want a hard page copy or just a screen copy? All
these report will have an option to Printer or Screen
for output. Your options are:
