embroidered dragon neckpiece
Lisabeth Tafoya beaded this dragon neckpiece.
The tiny green almonds are the only cabs in the piece.
scarab cabochon earrings
Lisabeth also beaded these earrings, using vintage scarabs
at the top. This project came from a Bead & Button article.

This page is special to me because the beaders here are all
from New Mexico. If you want to learn more about beading
around cabs, be inspired here, then check out
Paula Adams' website.
Paula is another Albuquerque bead artist who has written a book
specifically on
beading around cabochons. Enjoy! --MJT
