  • Favorite Xena FF bard: I have loved every bard I have read. Some of my favorite stories are:
"Tropical Storm", "Absolution", "Private Dancer", "Into The Dark", "I Found My Heart In San Francisco", "Ice Hole",
"Snow Bound", "Words Heard In Silence" ... and many more! I can't remember all the ones I've read, but I love FF and Uber.

  • Single or taken: I am taken. I met my 'Gabrielle' in March of 2004, and fell hopelessly head over heels in love with her. I asked her to be my girl on June 25, 2004, and we've been together ever since. She is my inspiration, and my biggest fan. As I am hers. All the times I spent thinking, it'd be so cool if this type of thing were true....I come to find out, it is true. Xena has just retouched on timeless themes of love, redemption and coming of age.

"I enjoy writing, and it became a passion of mine in my teens when I was in school. I had a teacher who took and interest in me and taught me creative writing exercises, and how to express myself with the written word. I don't pretend to be the greatest bard that ever lived, but if one person enjoys reading my stuff, then I am happy. I like Uber as a genre and prefer it to X&G because I am not so restrained by the lore, since the incarnations are new and the action and development is all mine. I get to take the reader through a world that I created, and I like the power. As long as I keep the continuity of the mother source, the themes and ideals presented there, then I am pleased. I tell a dark tale so, my stuff is not for everyone, and that's cool, but  it's out there for the ones who do like it. I hope my fellow bards enjoy it too...they were my inspiration.
I admire their talent and fortitude.

I hope everyone who reads my work takes something positive away with them. Because It's more than just fan fiction...at least to me. It's ideals, emotions, portrayals of timeless struggles, sacred dramas and tragic heroes. And it's a time when we need heroes.  It's a time when we need redemption, we need salvation, we need to believe that good can win out over evil, and that one person can make a difference, if not in the world, at least in the lives of others. We need to dream, to believe we can grow, we can become. And that there are warriors among us who will rise to the challenge and fight for the greater good.

My stories are about these warriors. Don't judge them because they are dark, or powerful, or even have lost their way, because they could be the thing that stands between those who cannot act, and devastation." -Black Cherry
