TO PLACE AN ORDER

When placing an order please include:

1. Name
2. Address
3. Phone
4. E-mail (optional)
5. Merchandise you would like to purchase:    item, color, size, quantity, etc...
6. When purchasing a Gift Certificate, please include the name of the person who will receive the gift certificate and the amount of the gift certificate
7. Method of payment

All orders must be confirmed in writing prior to shipping. Shipping date will depend on availability.

Shipping:

• We normally ship via UPS ground 3 to 5 day delivery.
• Our standard shipping & handling charge is $6.00 for domestic orders of less than 10 lbs. - unless actual shipping charges exceed 10% of your total purchase price.
• Our standard shipping & handling charge is $15.00 for domestic orders of more than 10 lbs. - unless actual shipping charges exceed 10% of your total purchase price.
• If actual shipping charges exceed 10% of your total purchase price, we will contact you to discuss various shipping options. Shipping charges will be equal to the actual cost of the shipping option you choose.
• If you would like you order shipped via a different carrier, please let us know. Shipping charges will be equal to the actual cost of the shipping option you choose.

Payment Options:

2. Cashier's check or Money order
3. Personal check - for orders paid by personal check, please allow an additional two weeks after receipt of the check for delivery.
