These are some personal letters and some stories centered around pneumatic fetishism, which is the application of pressure or vacuum, usually with some inflatable or deflatable garment, to help achieve sexual satisfaction. Ever have your blood pressure tested with a pressure cuff and wonder what it would feel like to be in a whole suit that inflated like that?
