960625 Tim Davis Pneumatic/vacuum fetish experience with giant beach balls Equipment required: Outer enclosure consisting of 2 48" beach balls, or 1 48" beach ball and spherical covering of strong nylon tricot or similar non-expanding, knit material, with a strong 24" zipper. Check the discount stores (in the U.S., try Target, K-mart, Albertson's, etc.) for jumbo or giant beach balls... Inner balloon made of 1 60" beach ball. Alternately you can use a 5 foot deflated diameter latex advertising type display balloon in place of any of the beach balls, though it is better suited for the inner ball, because the latex isn't strong enough to provide pressure without the nylon cover to reinforce it. These balloons can be bought from companies that specialize in advertising, they are normally used to draw attention to a shop by floating in the air with a line of pennants tethering it. (They are refered to sometimes as 'cloud busters'.) (Some of these balloons are made of Chloroprene, a synthetic rubber identical to latex, except that it resists body chemicals so well that it lasts indefinitely! Do rubberwear companies know about this?) Air supply pump: 1 diaphragm type, air brush paint sprayer air compressor, or a shop vac with blower outlet, with external motor that wont overheat when blower hose is fully blocked. Don't use a shop-type automotive air compressor unless it's labeled 'oilless'. Breathing the lubricating oil (which may be present as a vapor or mist in the output air) may be hazardous or worse, I'm not sure, but I wouldn't take any chances. A pump for filling scuba tanks should be safe. Be sure the pump can supply an adequate amount of breathing air, but not so much that the ball inflates too quickly. My air pump supplies just enough air to breathe when I'm relaxed, but not quite enough if I exert very much energy. A little dangerous, but, also kind of extra arousing similar to autoerotic asphyxiation. Vacuum pump: 1 vacuum pump, either an air compressor with an inlet fitting for attaching a deflating hose, or, a shop vac with external motor that wont overheat when vaccuum hose is fully blocked,. The little air compressor I use as a vacuum pump, doesn't move air very quickly like a vacuum cleaner, but it creates a _very_ strong vacuum, much stronger than that of a vacuum cleaner. Lots of 1/4" flexible tubing and fittings to attach securely to pumps and beach balls. If you're using a shop vac as the air supply pump, make sure there is not too long a length of 1/4" tubing leading from it to the ball, so that it doesn't slow down incoming air flow. 1 1 gallon jug with 2 hole stopper, hooked with tubing between the vacuum pump and the beach balls,to catch sweat so it doesn't get sucked into the vacuum pump. (I used to be very nervous when first trying this, now I'm used to it.) Procedure: I cut a 9" hole in the 2 48" beach balls, turn them inside out so the slick surface is on the inside, and fit one inside the other. I thread vinyl tubing thru the 2 valve holes. One end of the tube goes to the jug which is hooked to the vacuum pump, the other (inside the ball) extends about 20" and has several holes cut out in the sides near the end so there is less chance of it plugging up when the vinyl gets near it. I cut a 3" hole in a 60" beach ball and connect a tube to the valve, leading to the pressure pump. I stick the ball inside the other 2. (Between the ball and the vacuum pump there is the big jug that catches all the sweat so it doesn't reach the pump.) (For clarity, I'll mention that once I'm inside, the 2 48" balls and the nylon cover forms the outer skin which I'm completely inside, while the 60" ball inflates against me, with only my head inside this one, the electric air pump providing my breathing air. The vacuum pump evacuates the air between the 60" ball and the outer skin, the same space occupied by my body. So I'll refer to the 60" ball as the 'inner' ball, and the 2 48" balls and nylon cover as the 'outer' ball.) I get inside the ball by putting it over my head and reaching into the 2 9" holes. I made the holes as small as possible to provide less chance of the 60", soon-to-be-pressurized ball of escaping thru the hole. It is difficult to get thru the holes without tearing the vinyl. I stretch it over my rib cage, and over my hips, down to my thighs. Then I start the air and vacuum pumps, providing a metered amount of fresh air circulating inside. I then pull the ball down further down my legs, shifting my body inside so my butt is farthest away from the entry hole. I slide the outer 48" ball over the inner 48" one to offset the entry holes so there is no opening to the outside. I scoot and roll myself onto my bed and pull the rest of my body into the ball. I position the 60" ball around me with the valve closest to the entry hole and the 3" hole on top of my head. I stretch the 3" opening with my fingers, then pull it down over my head until it is around my neck. If I'm successful the hole doesn't tear and it recovers and contracts to fit snugly around my neck. (If I am using the nylon outer covering, I have less space inside in which to move around, so I leave my legs out as I'm pulling the inner ball over my head. Then, with difficulty, I offset the 2 holes in the outer balls, scoot onto the bed, and pull my legs inside, often having to pull at the neck opening to let air out as the ball inflates in order to have more mobility. I zip the nylon closed at this point, by feeling for where the zipper is, since I can't see it from inside the inner ball. With the nylon covering, the space is very cramped at first, but it helps to make a more effective seal for the vacuum pump, and the space becomes larger as the ball starts to inflate and expand.) As the 60" ball begins to inflate, I gather it up closer to me so that the end near the entry hole is stretched and there are no wrinkles leading from the valve or entry hole to let air in or out. As the ball continues to inflate, the seal near the entry gets more and more air tight, and the vacuum pump begins to draw the 60" ball around me. As it reaches around my sides, I arch my back toward the center of the ball to get the vinyl to stretch around to my back. It is difficult to move inside because the vinyl is so tacky, but soon I sweat and it gets more slippery, allowing the vinyl to slide across my body as I move around inside. After a while, the 60" ball inflates until it has reached around me and presses strongly against me, and the air around me is reduced until there is vinyl against every square inch of my skin, and then the suction gets very intense. The seals at the entry hole and around my neck become more air tight as the inner ball continues to inflate, stretching the outer ball, causing it to try to pull away from my skin while the increasing vacuum tries to keep the vinyl close to my skin. The vacuum succeeds in keeping the vinyl against my skin, locking me in a 'vacuum packed pouch' sort of predicament. As the pressure increases, the seals get more air tight and the vacuum even more intense, and the tension against my body gets more intense, and the wrinkles that normally allowed air to leak in are flattened out, increasing the air tightness even further and causing the pressure and suction to get stronger yet. (Because of the arrangement, with my head inside the pressurized ball, there is no difficulty in breathing, no matter how much the whole thing is inflated. Any force I feel is from the inner ball pressing me against the outer, and the material pulling at me as the whole thing expands.) My sweat eventually gets sucked out thru the vacuum tubing, following routes created where the inner and outer ball and my skin meet, the last spaces where there is air to evacuate. I slither around to get the vinyl to draw around my arms, and I cup my hands around my penis to create a vacuum space that keeps me erect. Sometimes the vacuum is so strong that I can't hold my hands open around it and I am squeezed flaccid. The intense air tightness of the seals by this time causes the outer ball to inflate indefinitely, and would continue to inflate until the outer ball tears open, but before this happens, I pull at the seal at my neck to let air out. As this happens, there is still a seal at the entry hole so the inside fills up with air, letting me move more easily inside the inflated ball. As I let more air out this way, the inner ball will eventually move away from the entry hole and air will begin to escape from around my body. As I let go of the seal at the neck, the vinyl closes around me again, this time much more quickly. I stick one arm toward the entry hole to let air escape and the inner ball closes very quickly around me. Then the suction commences once more, and the vinyl is seeking every square inch of my body again. The vinyl slithers around my skin with such intense force against my skin, yet it is easy to breathe, as I mentioned, because there is the same intense pressure inside my lungs as there is against my skin. Sometimes I try a variation same as this one but with just my nose sticking thru a 1" hole in the inner ball. There, the vinyl is pressed against my face, head, ears, etc., but this variation is _very_dangerous_ because as the vinyl gets tighter and tighter, the 1" hole may suddenly 'slip away' from the nose, and if the vinyl is too tight at that point to allow me to reach that hole with my hands to reposition it, well, that would result in suffocation. Also one can easily lose that hole among all the wrinkles of the material if you're not careful, and the thing could inflate and suffocate you. Additionally, there is the possibility of eardrum damage, though in my experience, my ear canals tend to close up from the vacuum, which has gotten so intense at times that I notice a little blood is present at my ears afterwards. Be really, really careful and be sure you know what's going to happen if you use this variation. The variation with your entire head in the inner ball is much, much safer, but still dangerous if the pressure pump were to cut off. Be sure you can always reach your neck opening to let air out so you can escape before you have used up all the air inside the inner ball. In this experience, the feeling of having the vinyl pressed against so much of my skin, and the force with which it is done is a sensation more exciting than any kind of sex or bondage I've tried or thought about, except perhaps for doing the same thing in a hyperbaric chamber, or, somehow, with a female partner.
