There's a couple of ways you can use these:
1. Right click on one of the images and select "Set as Wallpaper." This will rename it Netscape (or Internet Explorer) Wallpaper.bmp and set it to wallpaper.
2. Right click on it and select "Save link location." Save it in the Windows directory. To set it as wallpaper, right click on an empty space on your desktop and select "Properties". In "Background" choose it as Wallpaper and select Center.
