William Barrett, b. 1798, d. June 12, 1859

Married Mary Lawrence Bradley (b. 1804) in 1825.

9 Children: Lucretia Caroline (b. 4-5-26, d. June 23, 1895), Milton (b. 1826-27, d. in prison, 1865)), Rebecca (b. 1829, d. 1866), Benjamin (b. 1831), Mary Ann (b. 1839), William Lawrence (b. 1832, prob. died in battles of 1864), Sarah Jane (b. 1841, d. 1873), Malinda P. (b.1843, d. 1871), and John Henry (b.1849).

Benjamin Barrett, b. 1831, d. August 2, 1862 @ Chimborazo Confederate Hospital,

Richmond, Virginia.

Married Martha Ann Gibson; they had four sons. She moved to Georgia after

he died with four sons believed to be: William T. (15), James M. (12), David A. (10),

and Benjamin (8). Per the 1870 census, Rachel A. (4) and John H. (6 mos.) also were listed.
