Lo and behold, the red force field, which was blocking access to the gate before, has just been shut down! Save your game status, then have her walk forward and she will use the Golem Staff to disable the Pain Golem. Jassad Duthane appears before her and takes it away from her and leaves it suspended high in the air, apparently not recognizing it for what it is. He says she's gone too far this time. She tells Jassad that it's over, his armies have been defeated, and that he can take his people and go. Jassad says they've been around far longer than humans, and have faced far greater adversities than this. She now has her final quest "Defeat Jassad." Then the battle begins. Jassad is just a stronger version of your typical Desert Lord. Whack him with her melee weapon, dodge his attacks, and heal as required behind one of the columns to minimize damage while doing so. He grabs the Golem Staff when he's had enough and thanks her for bringing it to him. He then uses it to animate the Pain Golem, who destroys the building and grows enormously as it breaks free of its confines. Rynn heads outside toward Arokh and Jassad lets her go for the time being. The Golem is impervious to any harm they can inflict as she learned after entry into Stratos. You have to target Jassad, who can only be touched when the Golem raises its right arm to try to strike them when they get close enough. Take off and target the golem, then press the 'L2' button to target Jassad. Have them swoop in, while avoiding the red beam it fires, close enough to the Pain Golem at about mid upper body level so that it swings its right arm at them. Avoid the arm swings and fire at Jassad when the Golem raises its right arm and Jassad becomes vulnerable. Continue the battle in this fashion (six or seven hits from Arokh will be required) until Jassad is defeated and falls to the ground. As he no longer controls the Golem, it falls lifeless to the ground on top of him and crushes him. Congratulations, you've conquered the game!
