Specs for the Collier 2x3EQ

Dimensions: 3" high x 7" wide x 9" deep - Black-Anodized Aluminum Chassis

Power Requirement: 120 VAC @ < 0.25 Amps

2 channel preAmp / parametric-equalizer / mixer, with
3 fully parametric bands per channel.

Each channel can be independently equalized. Then the two bands can be separately output (from two stereo outs) or they can be mixed, to produce two equivalent isolated mono outputs. Alternatively, the two channels can be operated in sequence to provide a 6-band one-channel parametric EQ.

Outputs include two independent stereo outputs:

General response features are as follows:

+20/-infinity dB max boost/cut on each band

Wide overlapping of the bands' center-freq selection ranges

Input Impedance 500 KOhms (each channel)

Up to 60 dB preamplification of low level inputs
Max input, unlimited, due to a special pre-attenuation technique utilized at each input (theta-squared tapering)

Output Impedances:

2 Main outputs< 100 Ohms/channel
Stereo earphone outputs< 100 Ohms/channel

Dynamic range: > 80 dB

Bandwidth for each of the 6 parametric filters are adjustable from a range including not less than 0.1 - 2.8 octaves (See the following note.)

(These bandwidth ranges define the 'worst-case' constraints: At the lowest center-frequency setting for a band, its bandwidth can be chosen from less than 0.0071 octaves up to 2.8 octaves, and at the highest center-frequency setting, its bandwidth can be chosen from 0.1 octave to more than 9 octaves. But NO MATTER WHAT the setting chosen for the center frequency, the accessible range of bandwidths includes all (and more) of the preceeding specification.

Balanced and unbalanced I/Os with phantom power*
Adjustable low-pass and high-pass shelves*
Clipping-indicator LEDs*
Signal inverting switch on each channel*
EQ bypass switch for each channel*

* to be available in the rack-mounted version, coming soon.
