From the Artist
I can't remember a time that I wasn't drawing or painting-
Before I started school, I was telling people that I wanted to be an artist. It changed over the years - from crayons, pencil, pastels, oils, watercolors, until 20 years ago when I began painting on wood. Initially it was to replicate museum pieces for myself. Soon, that wasn't enough and I began painting for others. There is something about painting on wooden pieces that captivates me. Unlike paintings on canvas or paper, this art is meant to be touched. I hope that these pieces are enjoyed by many generations to come
