The '94-'95 Cast Aluminum Intake Manifold

Here it is unmolested.

The intake will all its adornments removed.

Bottom side view

The intake inlet. Notice the sharp bend into the plenum the air takes as it enters. Casting flash is shown.

One of the intake port outlets. Another sharp turn with a nice piece of casting flash on the outside radius right before the air enters the head port.

PORTING

The above is the plenum cut open. The casting flash is being smoothed as well as transitions.

You can make out one of the rings of flash just inside this runner and a line down inside. The outlets at the top of the picture have been smoothed already. Refer to images at top of page.

Here it is welded back together with all its adornments before installation.
