• I'm sorry, Mulder, I'm seeing the pieces but I'm not seeing the connections.

While we have several recording made of this individucal speaking, we as of yet have not been able to determine his identity. It was becuase of the position that this individual held in certain circles and of the suspicion that he was instrumental in deluging certain sensitive information that "terminal prejudice" was applied.

• I didn't anticipate the speed and precision of their cleanup operation. They are systematically destroying all evidence.
